1. Who is responsible

2. Data we process

• Account. You sign in with Apple, Google or a one-time code sent to your email. We receive a user ID and, if you allow it, your name and email (which may be Apple’s private relay address). We do not store passwords.
• Profile and preferences. Name, city, cold sensitivity, outfit style, preferred palette, optional gender (only to suggest underwear when packing), language and settings.
• Your wardrobe. Photos of your garments (camera or library, only with your permission) and their details: name, type, colours, occasions, warmth, clean or dirty.
• Your activity. Saved outfits, history, favourites and trips (destination, dates, suitcase).

We do not collect GPS location, contacts, health data, advertising data or usage analytics, and we use no third-party trackers.

3. Why we use it

Only to provide the service: store your wardrobe, generate outfits and suitcases, show your city’s weather and send the end-of-day reminder if you enable it. Legal basis: performance of the service you request and, for notifications, your consent. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising or to train models.

4. Who we share it with

Supabase (database and photo hosting, EU servers). Apple and Google (sign-in). [EMAIL PROVIDER] (delivers sign-in codes). Open-Meteo (weather): receives the city name or coordinates, no account data. Your wardrobe is accessible only by you through per-user security rules.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. Delete it any time in Settings → Profile → Delete my account; your profile, garments, photos, outfits and trips are permanently erased.

6. Notifications

The end-of-day reminder is a local notification scheduled on your device; turn it off in Settings or in iOS.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may access, rectify, erase, restrict, object and request portability by writing to support@maiaoutfit.app. You can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

8. Children

Mai Outfit is not directed to children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
